Sean has nearly 25 years of recruiting experience and is renowned for his comprehensive understanding of the design and building space. Sean is a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for our clients. He has expertise in search strategy and execution, a robust network of relationships, and is a vital resource for industry knowledge.
Personal: Sean is a University of Michigan graduate who earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Go Blue! He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, and watching his boys, Colin and Evan, play lacrosse and hockey. He also enjoys golfing, movies, and travel.

Juanita has over 20 years of operations management experience. She also partners with Sean on candidate development and outreach. Juanita has been instrumental in developing and implementing policies and procedures to increase the organization's efficiency. She is our in-house problem solver, a cultivator of relationships, and a trusted advisor to our staff.
Personal: Juanita is a graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in Organizational Development. Outside the office, she enjoys her dance fitness class and long walks with her dog, Missy. She loves crossword puzzles, trivia, and word games; she has appeared on game shows such as Wheel of Fortune and Match Game.

Mary Pat is our very own private investigator. She has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. She specializes in industry mapping, sourcing candidates, and developing research strategies to provide comprehensive information to the Partners. She is also responsible for database management and integrity and cultivating the AMPlified resource library. She works closely with Partners to improve our research process and implement the changes.
Mary Pat is a Marquette University graduate with a history and criminology degree. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, traveling, and reading.
